    由感冒流行想到的……

            这个题目仿佛又回到了小学时代的命题作文《有**想到的》。哈哈

            感冒这段时间很流行啊,我身边的好几个人都中招了,有的还是一个办公室全部着起了,电视上还是不是要说秋冬要爆发“甲流”,使我觉得感冒这个病的威力在提升啊,虽然暂时我还没有着起。不过坐以待毙不是我的风格,马上看是想解决之道。

            锻炼提高身体免疫力是最根本的好方法,不过说了白说,很多人包括我自己也没很少能锻炼到提高免疫力的程度。还是来点简单和应急的小方法。日常的:每天搓一下三个穴位:风府、大椎、人中。人中都晓得,大椎就是正坐低头时颈后突起最大一个骨头的下端,风府就后脑勺往下凹下去的地方,从在大椎往上也找的到。横搓风府,竖搓大椎,食指搓人中。已经感冒了还可以加按合谷,拍曲池。合谷就在虎口往里。拇、食指合拢,在肌肉的最高处取穴(孕妇慎用)。曲池在手肘上,屈肘成直角,在肘横纹外侧端与肱骨外上髁连线中点。完全屈肘时,当肘横纹外侧端处。这几个都是简单的穴位,对感冒有一些用,有兴趣的可以试试。
